1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PromptBari ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

PromptBari provides a marketplace platform for users to buy, sell, and share AI prompts tailored for various AI models, including but not limited to Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL-E, and Claude.

3. Monetization and Transactions

The Service allows creators to monetize their prompts by setting a price in Credits. Users must purchase Credits via our Pricing page. All sales are final. The Platform takes a standard commission for Free members, which may be waived or reduced for Pro members, as detailed on the Pricing page.

4. Intellectual Property

Creators retain the rights to the prompts they submit, but grant PromptBari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute the prompts through the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any prompt you sell.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the website, or general business of PromptBari.
